Our
Story
The Institute of Aging Management (IAM) was founded by 6 champions in the field of geriatric medicine, gerontology, public health and administration, customer retention, and research.
IAM is dedicated to spotlighting longevity and fighting ageism. 100% of us are agers. The impact of how we age is the discussion we endorse. By 2030, 74 million of U.S. adults will be over 65: we can no longer minimize the needs of an aging society. We want to see the broadening of age inclusivity.
Our institute promotes the ANDI (Aging Navigator Dedicated to Inclusivity) certificate. IAM is committed to accessible training and education. The certificate identifies those who have furthered their education on aging issues.
